Very interesting,I don´t know read,but some runes looks like slavic glagolics letters,some like runes and some like latin letters.

It could be a winged frankish spear, too, just without wings.

Shape looks scandinavian,rather than frankish.I think,viking spear from east in slavic or magyar own.
