Hello myArmoury community,
I'd like to share my most recently finished commission. This one is done up in ox blood & russet tan, with a lightly aged appearance. The buckle set was supplied by the client.
Feel free to comment and or ask any questions.

I would also like to note that everything was handmade. The wood core is wool lined for a lasting protective fit, and lacquered for mild humidity protection. The leather is hand-stitched up the back with a butted seam, and all of the tooling was hand scribed & tooled, bit-by-bit.

That really IS stunning work - I love that you stich your backs, and I looked HARD at the stitching around the rainguard... you somehow managed to get a good three threads per stitch in there - clearly, there is something I need to learn .
Carving is stunning, and flawless. Superb dye job. This is clearly a professional execution - far better than most of mine .

I also like the chape. It's robust enough to be a weapon in its own right in a pinch...

Nothing is over-the-top, absolute perfection. Thanks for showing, Brian.
