Does anyone know of a maille tailor in Europe that isn't Mark Hale from Cap a Pie ( over 2 year waiting list) or Gavin Jones who has retired from the business?
Thanks in advance

Who comes to my mind is http://www.gambeson.pl. I don't know the name of the maker though, nor am I 100% sure if he produces the rings himself. A friend of mine owns one of their coifs and is very pleased.
Greetings,
JP

You might try http://rivetedchainmail.pl aka "Lord of the Riveted Rings" (Krzysztof Swiatkiewicz)

Try Greg and Graciana at Thorkil Armour Replicas and Medieval Craftsmanship in Poland...http://www.thorkil.pl/main.htm
His friend Pawel does this sort of thing and Graciana told me that they have found a way to speed up the process and lower the cost. They made an aventail for my Norman helmet that flows like silk with NO hair pulling. I am going to get a mail coat from them as soon as I can get it budgeted in.
