I would like to share this interesting finding with everybody here on myArmoury. This is the article written by Branislav Cvetković of Regional Museum of Jagodina, Serbia. The article is free for public reading and it is uploaded on http://scindeks.ceon.rs/

The article is written in English so it is a great plus for sharing it with everyone who is interested.

I myself am interested to know, what do you think about the brass inlay marking, and if anyone knowledgable can tell us more about the provinence of thease swords, or any other significant information. Actually i would love to hear any scientific oppinion.

In advance i wish to thank everyone, Vladimir. Happy

P.S. to read the article there is an option on the left of the screen in the "Article" section, it says "full text" but it is small so you may find it hard to notice it

Laughing Out Loud Thank you very much for the finding.

Is it only me or the pdf has lost all its images? I can see only blank spaces where they should be.

The images display for me, both in Firefox and Acrobat Reader. I accessed the pdf file through the "pun tekst" link on the left.

Click on the link below 'Original Scientific Paper' and then click the readable full text version in Acrobat .pdf file.

These swords exist in my favorite time period. Cool find!
