Simple as that Happy

All I need to know is whether mid 15th century (1450-70's) Armets were ever worn whilst wearing only half harness ( no cuisses, poleyn or greaves)?

Well, I don’t think so. The Armet is designed for a totally different purpose as the man at arms who wore just armour parts. You can see the Armet and the closed helmet like a top of the bill Lexus.
