So this past weekend I threw a little get together, added a healthy dose of home cookin', a bus load of beer and 20 or so urban viking and what we got was a great time. I thought I'd share a few action pics here. The majority of the weapons came from my own collection, with a few people bringing a wide assortment of their own. Targets included 12 oz. water bottles, pool noodles, cardboard, and a few 5 gallon buckets. Hilarity ensued, water was spilled. The evening wrapped up with a fire spin, performed by a good friend.
Hope everyone enjoys!

Looks like a blast!
What is the club being wielded by the fellow in the hat?
Also, is that the cold steel pole ax I see in the back ground? That's a "one that got away" for me. They stopped production just before I got the medival weapon bug.

Hey Matthew, it sure was a blast. The 'club' is a ball mace I made, it's solid steel construction, with a 3 inch diameter head. It's kinda ugly but very effective. All in all it weighs just over 11 lbs. And yes that is a CS pole axe, along with their spike hawk, boar spear, warhammer, flanged mace and frontier axe also making an appearance at the party.
