Fluted Bascinet exist in art work:

The one from wildarmoury.com may be based loosely on the early 15th C bascient in the attached image, although the one in the image appears to be an early great bascinet with attached bevor.

The other image is what I believe to be mid 14th century German carving of Christ being arrested or brought before Pontius Pilate.

Sorry I "had" information about some of the images but I lost a bunch of it when I upgraded my OS. Sad

For the the 15C helmet you could try contacting La Belle Compangnie http://www.labelle.org/ as the source image is from page 13 of their book, "1381, The Peel Affinity"

The only information I still have for the other image is its original name img026.jpg
