It would help to see the whole handle of the sword, guard to pommel to be sure but it looks like a Nimcha.

Nimcha: An Arab sword of a style also used in Morocco.

Yes, it's a nimcha. But I think the blade is european.
My question is : 17th or 18th century ? Solingen ? Scottish ? ...
