Thankfully, in 2011 the phrase "War on Christmas" is mostly being used ironically instead of moronically. This is a good thing, but we still want to declare our full support for the War on Christmas, and remind you of our willingness to sell weapons and armor to all sides.

Okay, so it's not all that funny of a joke, but it's a good excuse to hold a Holiday Sale.

For items listed on the Sale page, click the picture to purchase at the sale price. Quantities are limited to one of each item (except for items marked closeout/sale price), items offered in this sale will change regularly and may end at any time; this offer void where prohibited by law; do not fold, spindle, or mutilate; don't dream it - be it; stop casting porosity; and if you have to think about it, yeah, it probably is time to put on clean socks.

I am proud to say I have now purchased from you. That Scottish Dirk looked like an interesting choppy/stabby thing, and after checking Kult of Athena and finding out that I would save about $7 (hey, every little bit counts) going with your sale, I jumped on it.

Been feeling guilty about just coming to your site to go over your little stash of wisdom and not buying anything, so this purchase eases my conscience. Wink

Damnit Hal, I have been trying to find that Santa for the last four years (Design Toscano had it a long time ago) to go into my Santa collection. I thought you had it on Sale!

Now, I have to go and eat a Mammoth steak to get over my frustration (inside joke, folks).

Cheers,

Colt - appreciated, thanks much!

The armed Santa pic was going around my facebook friends last week. Further investigation has uncovered that it is/was a 10" tall bisque ceramic piece offered by The Noble Collection as a "Millenium Santa" a couple of years back (and thanks to Lloyd, we now know Design Toscano offered them, too).

I did some ebay and web searching last week, couldn't readily find one for sale anywhere.

Information shared in The Spirit of the Holidays - if you find two of them, let me know about the second Happy

Happy Santa Hunting!

Here is the place that made it originally (and a few jousting statues that I coveted!)

Arrow bump

Items ordered from the War on Christmas page before noon on Monday (to be shipped to addresses in the continental US) can still arrive in time for you to fend off umm ... greet the jolly fat man coming down your chimney next Sunday, but you'd better hurry.

(and boy, do I have a lot of packing to do tonight after I get done with a Broadway theater load-out ...)
