How about by century? I'd be curious to see how people's collections fall along temporal lines.

Here's mine (all AD):

10th-11th century: 2 (Gaddhjalt, sax)
13th century: 2 (Baron, Tod Stuff quillon dagger)
14th century: 8 (Sovereign, Sempach, A&A Edward III, A&A quillon dagger, Windlass helm, 2 Tod Knives, Tod Rondel dagger)
15th century: 6 (Regent, Arma Bohemia ballock, English Cutler Ballock, Tod's Stuff knife, A&A long rondel, Revival.us knife)
17th century: 1 (Armour Class baskethilt)
18th century: 2 (Tod's Stuff dirk, Arma Bohemia sgian achles)

Happy

10th-14th century = 0
15th century = 4 (everything I have)
16th-21st century = 0

I guess I have a narrow focus in the grand scheme of things!

mostly 15th and 16th centuries for me. Type XVs and XVIIIs and a bunch of rapiers, mostly from A&A, and a couple of side swords from various places. Several katzbalgers and at least half a dozen quillon daggers, with a couple of bollock daggers and rondels from Tods thrown in for good measure

3 Viking pieces; Gaddjhalt and 2 seaxes, 1 big one and one little one.

for the actual antiques
5 or 6 18-19th century Turkish - Persian

5 or 6 kindjals, probably 19th century

1 18th century Karabela

ok...
multi period: 1 (sling)
9th-11th century: 1 helmet, 1 shield, 1 sword, 1 gambeson (its to be converted to a 11th C byzantine armour) 1 seax 1 mace, 1 danish longaxe = 7

edo period i.e mid 17th-mid 19th century: 3 swords (4 if you count the shinai, since it was used toward the end of the edo period, even if mine isnt an antique. and 5 if you count the bokken, even if its historical accuracy is off) plus 2 safety oriented padded nunchuku and 1 Bo staff.

qing dynasty 3 jian, 1 dao

the chinese and japanese swords are largely wall hangers though..
