Hello friends
I've just finished working on this piece  Maybe one of you would like to have it in his/her collection.
Some stats:
blade lenght 12,6cm
total lenght 23cm
blade width 2,7 cm
blade thickness 5mm
The seax has silver and brass inlays. The handle
is made of brass, jatoba and bog oak (oak that had been buried in the peat bog for thousands of years). The vegateble tanned leather scabbard is dyed black and oxblood.It was wet formed, waxed and oiled. The brass fitting is etched.
The blade was made of differentialy tempered 60s2 spring steel.
My concept was to merge the dark age with contemporary military look.

The rules are simple. If anybody wants to have that piece all he needs to do is to contact me via PM or email ( dargoria@interia.pl ) and give his own proposition of the price he wants to pay. The person who gives the highest price wins. The minimal price is 200$.
The end of the game is 27th of June at 24:00 Polish time. (GMT +1)
The knife will be sold to the winner for the price he had chosen(+ shipping costs 40$ courier). He can remain anonymus, but the price will be published.
The game is not restricted to this forum members only.
The piece is uniqe. I don't use any computer guided machines, so it is impossibile to create exactly the same knife.
