I suppose I could figure this out by looking through some reference books, but I am lazy and this forum is full of folks with the knowledge and desire to share it on how most people carried a small sword in the 18th c. I assume it may have been carried on a baldric or some sort of suspension from the waist belt. For some reason I have just never really looked. Anyone care to comment and perhaps provide an illustration or two.?
Thanks in advance for your help.
