Does anyone know if Windrose Armoury is just having server problems, or is it something else entirely?

This same issue was raised with Kult of Athena. As Nathan Robinson said, why not just call them them. Posts like this generate irreparable harm by serving to promote rumor mongering and speculation instead of factual information. It can cost an online firm money in terms of lost business, goodwill, and distrust.
1. Many frims go on vacation at this time of year.
2. This is also inventory time and,
3. This is the time of year for routine maintance for servers and online sites alike.
Use the TELEPHONE and dial the number or WRITE a letter the old fashioned way, and be Patient. Consumers are exhausted at this time of year and so are businesses. Inventories are down due to sales depletion and taxes soon to be levied on inventories. Busness staff are tired after the holidays and many key members take a holiday.
A reputable firm will still be in business tomorrow as well as the day after that while a fly by night firm with bargain basement prices will disappear like a snowball in July.

I also read Mr. Robinson's advise on the other thread, and took it.
Mr. Marechal noted the server issue I inquired about was resolved within and hour and a half of my posting. Indeed, I should have been more patient as it is a virtue.
Let this thread die the quick death it deserves.
