The clip shows some real hard core craftsmen, watch the way they move and how natural the actions of working the blades seem to them. It is almost more feel than watching for these highly skilled individuals. Great stuff and a real insight into the renowned center of Solingen sword making.

There is a wealth of available information in Solingen, pity the movie doesn't get into technical details. The smith using a power hamemr to make a saber is incredible, we ll know how much time it requires to hone one's skill to obtain consistent result with such machines.

Also there are interesting dies for saber fullers whose way of using is not shown . I will try to obtain more information from the maker of the video, Solingen is worth a long stay.
