This was tackled I think maybe two weeks ago, but I'm too lazy to look up the thread! 
OlliN Sword Design is one of the top choices. I think John Lundemo of Odin Blades was a top pick too. And you can always get an ATrim, they're dis-mountable, so it's like buying a bare blade. You can get them through Christian Fletcher.
