Peter and Inger have had their baby (formerly known as "The Dot"), all is well, everyone healthy, and I wanted to pop on and share the stats with anyone who is interested. Here is an excerpt from the e-mail announcement:
This is Laura Anna Margareta Johnsson, four days old (AKA the Dot).
Stats (will be subject of change during development):
Length: 55 cm
Weight: 4.3 kilos
POB: not yet determined
Exhibits harmonic proportions and shows a very agile and responsive character.
She was born Friday 14th at ten to four in the afternoon after a twelve hours of labour. All went well! Inger was formidable, and I did my best to keep pace with events. To our surprise Laura was born a little more than an hour after we had arrived to the delivery ward. Laura is now concentrating on eating and sleeping when not practicing her skills charming (...manipulating?) her mom and dad.
Inger and I are slowly regaining our senses after a severe intoxication
of happiness (this might well continue for some time :-).
