Ranging from Ireland to Egypt and the Levant, here's "The Bronze Age".
First up, The Louvre.
All these daggers, IIRC were Egyptian (till the cards are transribed I'm not 100% sure)
A large axe and another dagger, plus 2 other axeheads.
As the majority of this exhibit was recovered Egyptian grave goods, the wood should be original.
Either a Greek or Persian blade, without the infocard tagged yet, not sure.

Spear/lancehead, according to my bad French translation, it comes from Italy.
One of the long-sought after khopeshes, and a tiny bronze axehead (one of a large number).
The other khopesh:

A pair of daggers from either Persia or the Levant.
Axeheads. Tiny things, I'm not sure if these were ceremonial only or what.
This one appeared fully usable.
Some of the stranger ones I saw.
Swords...... Mesopotamian/Levant area.

A particularly beautiful and unusual blade/sheath set I found hiding in a corner. Not sure if it's a long dagger or a short sword, but it really caught my eye.
So the archers don't feel left out......arrowheads, and a surviving bow case!
Rock of Cashel, Ireland. Bronze Age axes and other recovered objects.
Bronze age sword also from Cashel.

Yea, bronze stuff, thanks!! Nice selection. That dagger and scabbard that you thought was either Greek or Persian is probably italian. I expect the hafts on the Irish axes are modern replacements, but they look well done.
Thanks for posting those!

OOh! I lie that great axe....And the axehead next to the khopesh looks like you could fit your hand into it and do some inwork punching to the face!

I really like the bronze Irish sword. Just looks like it'd be "right" in the hand.

Thank for the very nice pics: We don't see enough of the very ancients stuff.
