I have posted up a similar thread on the makers site but am wondering if anyone can advise me.
I am off to Phoenix today for 10 days on a job and depending on how it goes will either have a couple of days off or will have a trip from hell.................
Assuming all goes well what knife related stuff can I look at - I am a maker from the UK and we have no knife suppliers stores so I would love to visit one of those for example.
You can find these in 1/2 dozen or more malls. http://www.theknifeshop.com/history.htm. They don't have much in the way of custom offerings but an excellent selection of knives from varied companies. Do not let the links listed offerings put you off. Each one I've been in has a great deal more in stock then is listed at the web site. In the sword dept. it's mostly Paul Chen katanas but they are starting to carry more of the CAS Iberia European medieval makes with a smattering of fantasy types.
I really like Phoenix and would advise really just taking time to explore the valley and surrounding towns while you're there instead of just going for knife stuff. The desert is a really neat environment, the weather is something to write home about and the mountains are something else."The goal shouldn’t be to avoid being evil; it should be to actively do good." - Danah Boyd
