Hi all,
I have recently had a paper published on a novel reconstruction of the sutton hoo armor. unfortunately it was published in an art history journal, and I doubt it will get the critical read that it should in that forum. Thus, the link below is to a reprint of the paper. I am hoping others here who are interested will read it and comment on it. Here is the link for anyone who is interested:

Yeah, I thought " cool " origami armour and then wondered were all the paper armour pics where.    
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!

I am sure that a good number of people would liek to read the article and perhaps comment, but the thread title does make it look like it refers to paper armor. Maybe and edit of the title that replaces the dash with a colon would make it more clear.
