I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if at all, but I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact A&A for a couple of weeks since gaining a quote for one of their swords that I wish to purchace. I was respectfully wondering if there is a holiday in their location {I am from New Zealand, and am unsure of the US holiday structure} or other reason for this, tied up by work out of town perhaps? Any help appretiated, as I really want to buy that English longsword.
Thank you

Craig,
Does the issue affect domestic email? I emailed you over a week ago and never heard back.

I haven't sent any messages in a while and since I'm already overspent on other projects I'm sort of happy that a few projects from you are, in I assume, temporary limbo. ( Why I haven't been bugging you about them. )
But it's really important for your business that any e-mail " BLACK HOLE " swallowing you e-mails to or from customers be resolved.
You could try to send an e-mail to yourself and see if it arrives ? Not a 100% as the problem might be intermittent or with your
internet service provider/network or whatever !? But, still, a useful test to try a few times: I've done this myself to check if my message system was actually working during network outages.
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!

Yeah, I sent a reply to an email from you and never heard back, either.

Hi Guys
Please resend the emails if you would as a test. I believe the issue has been fixed and all should be up and running normally. I have some back logged stuff to get through as quickly as I can but if you send the emails again I can make sure all are answered.
I do not think it has affected domestic emails other than the back log as far as I know.
Sorry for any inconvenience to all.
Best
Craig
