I was wondering if anyone knows the existence of the japanese and normand chainmail and if someone could help me to find a picture of the normand chainmail.
It's very important for me because i'm not enough experimented to do the universal chainmail.
Any help is important.

I assume you mean Norman chainmail... Norman chainmail is euro 4-1 however it is believed, due to artisitc representations of the period, to be designed on the yoke/mantle pattern of maille. This is a more complicated way of designing a hauberk.
As an aside, what are you having problems with on the maille? Its fairly easy to do, and many people (myself included) could surely help you figure out where the problem lies. Hard is not making chainmail. Hard is fixing a blown armpit seam at night around a campfire so you can fight the next morning...

This page:

has excellent pictures of Japanese mail--which differs from "international" mail in that it's primarily used as connecting surfaces between scales, plates, or lames, not as an armor material on its won.
