This listing is marked SOLD and is no longer available

For Sale: Angus Trim's 1562 "Lady Carmen"

Here is an Angus Trim Lady Carmen in excellent condition. Display only, no cutting. New leather-over-cord grip and hex-nut pommel nut assembly.

As much as I like this sword, it has to go. I have bills to pay and I need to re-evaluate my collection and thin it out as a result.

$400.00 USD shipped and insured via UPS to the Continental United States. If Canada or overseas, we can discuss ways to handle shipping.

Both this sword and my Albion Next Generation Gotland MUST GO. If you cannot meet my asking price but still really want this sword, make me an offer.

I will take Paypal, bank/cashier checks and personal checks. Personal checks must clear the bank before I ship. If using a credit card with Paypal, add 3% to cover the fee Paypal charges me.

I will ship in the same plastic gun case I received the sword in.

Aaaaaargh!

I LOVE the Lady Carmen, but my sword budget is shot for the year and won't be replenished until tax-return time next May. Mad I think Nathan needs to post a "sticky" saying that no great sword deals are allowed until next May. Big Grin

I'm sure somebody will snatch this one up quickly. I think the Gotland hasn't sold becuase most folks who wanted/can afford them already have their money tied up with Next Gen purchases.

Best regards,

Mike

The Carmen is probably one of the finest two-handers I've had. Pretty surprising that I could wrap my two meathooks around that grip and still have it be comfortable... Gus did a bangup job here. But, she's gotta go.

Someone asked about Money Orders so I'll clarify here... yes, I do take Money Orders.

Someone asked about the hex nut assembly... it is not much different than the standard recessed pommel nuts Gus has been using. The tip is indented somewhat with a hex pattern, so you can insert an allen wrench and easily remove the nut. It saves you from using pliers (eek!) and is very handy.

The sword is my companion.
