Kris Cutlery Rondel Dagger
Original: Circa 15th century Western Europe
Daggers like this one were common among 15th century soldiers. They were used to dispatch a fallen foe wearing fairly heavy armours of the time. The blade shape was ideal for thrusting through the visor or between chinks in the armour, or between lames of armour articulations.
This replica has a spring steel blade and mild steel guard and pommel rondels. The grip is simple hardwood. It's a very sturdy workmanlike dagger.
