Greetings,
I collect antique copies of ornate/parade armour. I recently aquired a very interesting Antique Helmet and Breastplate copy that is very small, definitely made for an important child/member of royalty. The party I bought it from purchased it in Spain 52 years ago in an antique shop. It was sold as Child's Royal Armour. The casting is solid pewter which is unusual, most are Iron or copper electroforms. My guess is the original is 16th century. I would appreciate any information from the members if anyone has seen this suit in a museum or literature or has general comments.
Regards
Sam
