[David Kite]

So I've been reading Master of Defence: The Works of George Silver by Paul Wagner, and I came across a reference to a work titled: "Bad Rapier Fencing: An English Problem and an English Solution." It is cited as being in Schola Saint George 2002 Swordsmanship Symposium, pp. 39-47.

I understand that the event was a series of seminars, but the listing of page numbers suggests that there is a print version available somewhere.

I am interested in finding and reading this piece, but for the life of me I can't find it. I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. (I know Stephen hangs out here, so maybe he knows where it is )
