Hello,
I put up a new video of my hydraulic press in action. The video shows a single heat from me working on a Pattern-welded billet for a katana. The billet has already been cut and folded, and this is the first run through the press to insure the forge-weld is tight and to start drawing out the billet for the next fold and weld.

WOW, you kept that material at a usable heat for a very long time! I'm sure larger billets and a propane forge help quite a bit, but that is still very inpressive.
Also, I've never seen a power hammer done that way; very interesting.
