This is something I drew up today and am wondering if it could possible been used at any time in history.

I think the closest historical analogs would be German bastard swords of the first half of the 16th c. Yours could be a child's or adolescent's sword, as it is significantly shorter than those shown below. Otherwise, what you'd expect to see in these are broad, lenticular blades that don't really correspond to Oakshott's typology, pear-shaped pommels, long waisted grips and, sometimes, siderings.
