I just discovered Google images. It is a very nice way to look for pics online. For example, to search for pics of 15th century swords see this "search results" page

A good tip on finding all available images is to go into the Google preference menu and select the "do not filter my search" option. The Google default is to filter searches and that often leads to fewer results.
Constant and true.

Google Image Search is my most often used 'net service. So much so that I have it bookmarked and the bookmark tied to a hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+I)... Indispensable for an artist, really.
