my friend, sword guilde member and local bladesmith Will Goodwin just finished his latest project and stopped by
for me to take some pics for him. The customer brought Will a un-mounted Toledo blade that was purchased from Ebay
a few years back. The customer wanted a basket-hilt, pommel and ray-skin with copper wire wrap & Turks Head knots made for it. This was Will's first attempt at doing the Turks Heads (I think he did rather well with them). He mainly does knives, daggers, etc but his sword work has been growing over the recent years.

So...here are some pics.......

He just wanted some feedback (he doesn't surf the forums much).

cheers,

Bill

He did GREAT! And I want to also mention that I enjoy seeing a craftsman's progress through his craft. Very nice.
