Announcing
The San Antonio Celtic Festival
and Highland Games
April 8&9, 2006
Helotes Festival Grounds
12210 Leslie rd. off Banera rd. at Loop 1604
Sat. 9am-8pm Sun. 11am-6pm
Adults: $8 Seniors, Military, Children (6-12): $5
Celtic bands all day under covered pavilions. Rain or shine
Traditional Scottish athletic events : competition Saturday, you try it on Sunday.
Bagpipe Bands, Sheep herding trials, Scottish and Irish dancing, Living History activities, Cold beer and hot foods, Celtic merchandise venders.

Hey guys and gals. It's just over a week away.
The San Antonio Celtic Festival and Highland Games are April 8 & 9 at the Helotes Festival Grounds.
Reenactors participating are the Texas Coritani VS Roman Legions VIII & IX in battle and exibition as well as Scots and Celts from many eras.

And, yes there will be celtic merchandise vendors.

The drive is a bit long for me, but I am sure this event will be great fun, for whoever can make it. San Antonio is a nice town.
