Alexei,
If you need a really good source of information, you might go over to www.armourarchive.org and look for "chef de chambre". That is the nom de guerre of Robert Reed, who has done a lot of scholarly work on the late middle ages, and I believe on Burgundy in particular.

"Chef de Chambre" aka Bob Reed also has a forum devoted to the study of the forces of the Dukes of Burgundy, here: http://www.wolfeargent.com/ "The Company of Wolf Argent". The forum that goes with the site, Firestryker, is a wonderful resource for information on the period as well.
