Where do I find Good Recreations of roman helmets and gear. I have googled alot but mostly come up with crap. Would be greatful for some good links. (The gladius will be bought from albion)

http://www.swordsmith.net is the site of Mark Morrow, who's name I've seen floating about the reenactment sites I've been to. He makes some pretty good pugio and spear heads if memory serves.
. . . and while you're browsing at Albion, maybe give Mercenary's Tailor a buzz - they can produce some very, very nice custom work if that's the direction you are headed. I don't know if they do Roman era, but I figure it's worth a shot.

You should look at the website for Legio VI Victrix. It has links for suppliers of roman gear. I believe their website is: www.legionsix.org. The Legio XX website (www.larp.com/legioxx/index.html) also has a "suppliers" page. Also it has good information on how to make your own equipment, or correct the historical problems with some of the less expensive production gear out there.
