I was doing some test cutting with my Knight on a leg of lamb, and there's an oily blue residue left on the blade. How can I effectively remove it? When I rub it with gun oil, (the oil isn't Break Free CLP, since we don't have it around here), the stain temporary disappears, then reappears a short time later.
