I just put together the data compiled by Matthias Goll in his Phd thesis, nothing more. All credit goes to him.

1438-1440. From the Avant suit in Glasgow.



1465-1470. HMLU00011.1 in Luzern.



1460-1465. 837-840 in Le Landeron.



1465-1470. L18-76 in Schwäbisch Gmünd.



1470-1480, KZ1922 in Zurich.
