Aside from Patrick Barta and Vince Evans, are there any other notable swordsmiths who makes historically accurate pattern welded Viking/Migration Era swords?

Robert Môc is the best in my opinion.

You may want to check the “links” page on this site. It has a whole list of smiths, many which do PW.
