Is there any evidence for covered breastplates without back plates in the late 14th century? I know there is plenty for coats of plates and corazzina styles that have a covered front and back, but what about a simple globose style breast plate that's covered all by itself?

Define 'covered'. Do you mean, as in...covered with fabric or leather? WTF?! ....McM
