I'm trying to adjust the POB on a Hanwei Tinker arming sword. I'd like to find an off-the-rack replacement wheel pommel that's heavier than 350gr. Any suggestions?

Try PrintedArmoury. I don't know if they have one that matches your specs but if they don't they should be ableto make you one Happy

I've had the replacement blade of the same model for a while. I made a pommel weighing 286 grams. With that in place the point of balance falls to just over 4 inches from the cross. I always thought it feels about right.

What is the point of balance you're aiming for?
