I'm doing some research for a paper. I'm looking for information primarily on the cultural significance of the sword and secondarily the origins of the sword in the bronze age. Can anyone recommend some scholarly sources (not Wikipedia) for these topics? Ideally freely available online but if not that's okay.

Thanks!
