In few days I will finish the new Brescia replica - my second one.
I have fixed all measurements - now in second sword they are 100% accurate to the original sword.
but there will be no inscriptions according to the client wishes.
the grip will be like original. everything little aged...

Not even going to comment on Historical Accuracy Happy. Rather - compliments on work with a serious, substantial tang section - THAT is a finely crafted weapon Happy.

thanks!
I remember the pommel weight was about 450g. and the whole sword - about 1550g.

Oh that's a lot heavier than I thought! Was the original pommel also so large?

yes, the reconstruction proportions seems very accurate though I didnt have the original in my hands Happy
but - I saw the Albion replica which is based also on origibnal sword - dimensions are almost exactly like there.
then the weight must be very close to the orignal - whole sword has good balance and weight.
