Just as a quick note. It seems that my web hosting company has gone kaput, for good this time. They didn't manage to tell anyone except in some out of the way forum somewhere that I never visit so this has caught me a bit flat footed. I'm scrambling at the moment to see if I can find a new hosting company (and possible a new web designer for a refresh of the site into the bargain). Don't give up on my Tritonworks is still alive and well, just having some technical issues at the moment. I'll report back as soon as I can get things up and running again.

Thanks,
Russ

Well I hope that your data base is recoverable or saved independently of the hosting company, even if only to give to a new web site designer to reconstruct your archives of reviews and past projects ?
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!

I was worried there Russ. I have a Fiore that's quite naked and in need. :-) Seriously though, thanks for the heads up and sorry for the hassle.

archive.org shows some of the site but pictures and the reviews not.
https://web.archive.org/web/20131208112818/http://tritonworks.com/reviews

It is possible to pull up the source code for pages that load there but not the images themselves or like the reviews, layers that were never archived.

Bummer

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the commiseration. I'm happy to say that the website is back up, and I know more about php and domains than I ever really wanted to. The website is a bit out of date apparently the latest backup I had was from 2012, so I'll have to go through and readd my newest work etc. but that's probably not a bad thing anyway!

Russ
