Edited: I see my Turcael is included in the catalog.

What VE catalogue would be complete without it, Steve ;-)

Besides yours & Ron's Turks, can you guess which of the 30 other ones is the 3rd ?

Well now, the 3rd (actually the first chronologically) was made well prior to mine. I remember it having a plain steel blade with a slight curvature. I used have a pic of it in my last computer which gave up the ghost with loss of all data. I went back and looked, but so far, I'm coming up snake eyes.

Any hints?

That was a good clue, but I did have to track down the photo, and then go to your site and stare HARD at all the pics. Man, that was hard work. Big Grin

Thanks for the compilation, and good luck on your cataloging effort of the Allans.

Happy New Year.

Happy New Year to you as well, Steve !

Thank you .....
I'm also about ready to open an album that features basket-hilts by that other talented hammerman of ours, Eljay Erickson ! (I'm just awaiting confirmation on one more addition to the list ) So expect that soon my fellow basket-brethren!

Cheers & Best Wishes to all for 2005 ! Mac
