It was a rainy day so the first sparring occurred when the floor was extremely slippery. It was a tough test on footwork and stances. The first bout was with an intermediate student who is currently learning Chinese longsword.

And then the floor got better and an intermediate student of German style sparred with the Chinese longsword student. They are good friends who knew each other way before meeting me.

Finally, I had another bout with the student with German longsword. The floor was of ok condition.

FYI, my sword was the heaviest among the 3, being 4 lbs 13 oz / 2.2kg.
