Hi Scott!

I think the etching is made in one go.

A list of graphs of dynamic properties of swords? That would be candy, would it not? ;-)
It is something that takes years of research and a fortune in product development to establish, you can draw it in a couple of hours and give it away for free in about a second.
:-)

Good for business?
I don“t know.

It is really a dilemma. I want to share my results and the theories I have about swords and sword making. But this information is what puts bread on my table (something that can be a struggle even at the best of times: working as a sword smith is great in many ways, but not the best alternative for securing an income) .

With the market being as it is with low cost production and hobby makers dominating, I have to be very aware of what I give away for free.
It is sad but true.

I visited the "Vitez, Dama in Zmaj" at the Metelkova NMS, the reproduction of the "Ljubljana sword" certainly is a thing of beauty. Well done Mr Johnsson.
