Just finished this up for a fellow forumite. Sword came to me directly from Albion a few days ago. I love getting Albion boxes at my house, because some part of me likes to imagine they are all mine!
Kiln-dried poplar core with 2-3oz full grain leather cover in black. Risers were done to lightly accent the pommel shape of the sword, along with a central ridge to match. Suspension was hand-tied -with both modern and historical elements integrated for functionality, and done up in dark antique oxblood - with a matching belt. Chape is mild steel with a flattened finial. Scabbard is a nice tight fit, holding the sword firmly when the scabbard is inverted.
One very nice sword, I must say. I've thought about getting a Regent in the past, and this blade has renewed my interest!
