If anyone can help me, I'm looking for a good historically accurate illustrated books about armour/cloathing of all social hierarchy from early to late middle ages (basically from 5th to 1500 ct). I've read a couple with little to no illustrations. I don't mind if the artist style gets in the middle but I would prefer if history have the upper hand.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's any book that both covers such a long timespan and is historically accurate, not to mention that for the earliest part of the period (particularly AD 500-800) there's a shortage of sources that we could learn from. I can recommend a couple of sites for starters:

Unfortunately I don't know of any books, but the Company of Saint George has a clothing guide that is a great resource on clothing in the late 15th century.

I'm not aware of any books that cover such a broad time period in depth. You might be able to find one, but it would likely be expensive.
Here is a site where you can search a selection civilian and military effigies from the 13th to 16th centuries.
