Here is an interesting visual interface to The History of Conflict it allows you to search by time and region and gives a brief synopsis of the action and connects related actions. Pretty interesting and a quick way to get a nice idea for context and proximity of what was happening in a given time frame.

Cool feature is you can expand and contract the time frame for what events are shown by moving the outside bars of the time selection bar at the bottom.

I thought it was cool Happy

Neat idea but not great execution, at least as far as the locations go for the Native American conflicts in North America.

I agree Joe there seem to be some large gaps but hopefully it is not considered finished but just starting. I did not get a chance to look into the objectives of what they are striving to do, but thought the interface was interesting and easy to understand.

Lots of stuff could be added.
