Yataghan Sword Please Help

Hello,

I just acquired this Ottoman yataghan sword but have no idea what the inscription says. It might be the date or the name or the swordmaker. If anyone out there can help me, I will very much appreciated it

Is the inscription only on one side of the blade?
Please post pictures of the entire sword/scabbard etc.

Yes. The inscription is only on one side of the blade. The other side is also etched, but it's not script. No scabbard
