Hello All,
I have a video together of a five day wootz class I taught at the New England School of Metalworking in October, 2010.
It was a good class with six students and most made two ingots.
The goal was not to make blades, but explore how wootz is made and forged.

It is 45 minutes long so I split it into two parts. It is not a "how-to", but rather students exploring the material and having fun.

They all did a very fine job of it.
