I am considering ordering from Steel Mastery do they have good reviews?

I have a 3/4 gothic harness from them, a couple of leather items (belt, purse) and have a COPs on order.

Quality is very good; communication is slow, but inquiries are always returned, even though it may take a week. On rare occasions, maybe a little longer. Items in stock ship pretty quick, but anything customized/made to measure takes a little while. Not as in years, but it's been a couple of months on the COPs, with some more waiting to do while they get the right leather.

I did have an issue with a pair of boots - they had a problem with their supplier - but they readily offered a refund, or a good discount on something else. Ended up taking the discount.

Bottom line: good product; good quality; good value; just a little slow to respond at times. If you are patient and not in a rush, you should be happy with what you get. I would order from them again.

I haven't ordered from them personally, but I have heard of enough bad experiences that I wont chance finding out for myself.
