Has anyone seen a sword like this before. The owner says it is a replica of a archers sword from 1350.
I haven´t seen anything like it in that timeframe before. Looks a bit like a proto-katzbalger.

Just ask him to show the original on which the repplica is based.

I doin´t know the owner, a friend found it for sale at a Swedish secondhand market site!

To me it looks like a poorly made "katzbalger" copy. The steel in it is surely good enough since I know who made it but it's probably more suitable for a beginner landsknecht than a late 14th century archer...

My thoughts too! It is a friend who found it and I said the same to him, but I also said I would ask around!
